Archrival Agents
Project Summary
Archrival Agents is an elite, national network of dynamic individuals who bring global brands to life in a unique and authentic way. Each program is different and exciting; perfectly tailored with a custom strategy and handpicked team members that best represent each brand.
The goal of this project was to create a new site focused on the recruitment and hiring of new agents for our programs. Each program can be customized and managed by the appropriate managers while we promote new positions and collect applications through custom Greenhouse integrations. Developed while under employment of Archrival.
Involvement & Achievements
- Led the strategy and execution of the public website and CMS
- Custom Greenhouse API integration allows us to capture applications from the recruitment website and inject applicants into the Greenhouse hiring/HR process while maintaining the brand experience
- Each program can be customized with brand colors and populated with images, content and employee "perks" unique to the program
